Greektown Garden/ Urban Onion Snowman Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • (5) 8 Ounce Packages of Cream Cheese, Softened

  • (2) Pouches of Greektown Garden

  • 1 Pouch of Urban Onion

  • 1 Small Carrot

  • 10 Whole Black Peppercorns or Olives for eyes/buttons

Instructions

  1. Mix 32 ounces of cream cheese with 2 pouches of Greektown Garden until smooth in its own bowl

  2. Mix 16 ounces of cream cheese with 1 pouch Urban Onion until smooth in its own bowl

  3. Lay out two pieces of plastic wrap. Place Greektown Garden mixture in the first piece of plastic wrap (this will be your bottom piece).

  4. Place the Urban Onion mixture in the other piece of plastic wrap.

  5. Roll into balls with greased hands. Refrigerate for ~2 hours or until set.

  6. Place the smaller cheeseball on top of the larger one. Place peppercorns to resemble eyes, nose, mouth, and buttons.

  7. Add a small bite sized piece of carrot for his nose.

Please note you can sub any of the dips to make cheeseballs- for example a SPICY SNOWMAN with New Detroit and Hustlin Heat.

You can also double recipe or cut recipe in half depending on the amount of people you need to serve!
