Bracci blend antipasto tree
What You’ll Need
One pouch Bracci Blend Dip Mix
½ Olive Oil
Foam cone from Michaels or 24oz cream cheese mixed with 2 Tablespoons Bracci Blend mix to form a cheese tree (chill 2hrs to overnight) Choose the size that you are most comfortable using and consider how many guests will be enjoying it
1-3 pounds of mixed olives depending on size of foam or cheese tree
Optional Items to spruce up your tree: Red Peppers, Pepperoncini, cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, salami etc. I love to add fresh rosemary sprigs throughout at the end
Fresh piece of red pepper or cheese cut into a star using a cookie cutter for the top of tree
Box of Toothpicks
Sheet of foil
Instructions
To assemble I wrapped the cone in foil and stuck the food in with old-fashioned wooden toothpicks. If you would like to add many different items to your tree you may want to glue down the foam tree to a disposable platter, so it does not tip over (highly unlikely but it is a judgement call). I started at the top and worked my way down. Before serving mix your olive oil and Bracci Blend dip mix to taste and drizzle down the tree. You can always garnish with toasted bruschetta and pita around the bottom of the tree, this is a great way to dip the extra Bracci Blend mix and to serve with your antipasto!
Pro-Tips: Don’t forget a little bowl will be needed for used toothpicks, and you can store your tree up to 1 day in the refrigerator, or cold garage covered with plastic wrap.
